Jofra Archer scripted history during Rajasthan Royals’ clash against Lucknow Super Giants in IPL 2026, claiming three wickets, thus becoming the franchise’s all-time leading wicket-taker. With 68 wickets, he surpassed Shane Watson’s previous record of 67 wickets. As the IPL has evolved over the years, every franchise has built a legacy around standout bowlers who have delivered consistently across seasons. One of the most remarkable examples is Sunil Narine, who has represented Kolkata Knight Riders since his debut in 2012. Narine is the highest wicket-taker for a single franchise in IPL history, with 198 wickets in 195 matches, and now stands on the verge of becoming the first bowler to reach the 200-wicket mark for one team.Meanwhile, Jasprit Bumrah has also etched his name in the record books. The Mumbai Indians spearhead is only the second bowler after Lasith Malinga to take 150+ wickets for a single franchise Mumbai, underlining his long-term impact and consistency.Yuzvendra Chahal is the leading wicket-taker in IPL history, with 225 wickets in 180 matches. Over the years, he has represented multiple franchises, including Mumbai Indians, Royal Challengers Bengaluru, Rajasthan Royals, and is currently playing for Punjab Kings.Meanwhile, Bhuvneshwar Kumar sits second on the all-time list and is the only other bowler after Chahal to cross the 200-wicket mark in the IPL.
