NEW DELHI: The Bhartiya Janata Party’s Jiban Gogoi secured victory in Assam’s Sissiborgaon constituency after 19 rounds of counting. The constituency seat saw BJP’s Jiban Gogoi take on Rajjor Dal leader Dulal Chandra Boruah.
