5K 30-39 male category: Pace, purpose and podium | Times Internet Half Marathon

Winner, Chip Time: 00:17:2931-year-old Sanjay secured the first place in his category, delivering a stellar performance. With an experience of 8 years and a background rooted in army training, Sanjay currently passes down his discipline and passion to young athletes he coaches. His next milestone is to train himself for the full 42km, and his journey so far tells us he will get there with speed.

Second, Chip Time: 00:17:53Finishing in second, Tsewang made his presence felt on the track. His performance reflected composure and competitiveness. Focused from start to end, his run was built on consistency and the kind of commitment that speaks for itself through results.

Third, Chip Time: 0:18:12 Abhishek Kumar Thakur claimed third place in his category, showing an impressive result for someone who just started running three years ago. Since then, he has completed 10k and 25k runs, progressing steadily while also helping his father with his family business. What keeps him going is that every run leaves him feeling lighter and clearer. Currently, he is a semi-professional and is working towards turning fully professional. His goal is to hit 5k in 16.5 minutes, and his trajectory speaks for itself.
