A new study reveals that even a slight increase in blood pressure during your 30s significantly raises heart disease risk decades later. Researchers found a 20-22% higher risk for every 10 mm Hg systolic rise, even at normal levels. Experts emphasize early lifestyle interventions, not medication, for prevention.
