Dressed casually in a black hoodie and khaki trousers, Kohli appeared at ease as he spent quality time with his family. A stroller, snacks and a pink balloon visible in the background suggested a peaceful family picnic. Meanwhile, wife Anushka Sharma was seen chatting with friends, adding to the candid and relaxed atmosphere of the outing.

The photos have quickly spread across social media, with fans delighted to see the star batter enjoying precious moments with his family during a rare break from cricket. Kohli is currently sidelined after suffering a distal semimembranosus tendon tear, a rare hamstring injury sustained during the IPL 2026 final. The injury ruled him out of India’s ongoing ODI series against Afghanistan, with Yashasvi Jaiswal stepping into the squad in his absence. The 37-year-old is presently undergoing rehabilitation and is expected to regain full fitness ahead of India’s upcoming ODI series against England. Before the setback, Kohli enjoyed another remarkable IPL campaign. He played a key role in Royal Challengers Bengaluru’s successful title defence, scoring 675 runs in 16 matches. The veteran batter finished the season with a strike rate of 165.85 and an impressive average of 56.25, once again underlining his importance to the franchise. While fans eagerly await his return to international cricket, the latest photographs offered a reminder that Kohli is also cherishing family life as he works his way back to full fitness.
