The Markaz Subhanallah complex, the main base of UN-sanctioned terrorist group Jaish-e-Mohammed in Bahawalpur, has been restored more than a year after it was badly damaged in Operation Sindoor. Fresh footage shows rebuilt domes, renovated interiors and new marble flooring, while intelligence reports cited in the report say Pakistan channelled PKR 250 million to JeM, with around PKR 110 million used for the central complex. Nazia Khanam, a 30-year-old Assistant Section Officer with the Ministry of Defence, was found dead at her home in Dwarka on Friday, three months into her pregnancy. Police registered a case of cruelty and abetment of suicide against her husband and in-laws after her family later alleged physical and mental harassment, including over dowry; her husband is currently absconding.
