Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann said his government will seek water royalty from Rajasthan, claiming Rs 1.44 lakh crore remains unpaid since 1960 under a 1920 tripartite agreement. Mann said Rajasthan still receives 18,000 cusecs of water through the Rajasthan feeder and had earlier paid royalty until 1960. Read full story
